Yoga is my passion

Since I tried yoga for the first time in 2018, I´m practicing some yoga at least 15 minutes a day. I just feel big advantages and love to share those beautiful feelings with everyone!

I started to give private yoga lessons and constantly add up on my current knowledge to improve and weiden my horizon. At the moment I´m participating in an Yoga Teacher Training from Comunidad Omshanti. It was one of the best decisions I could do, I just can recommend this lovely yoga teacher school! Yoga for bouldering

As much as I love yoga, I love bouldering. Besides my studies, I work in a boulder gym as a route setter and trainer. Additionally, I head the project Schluchsee Boulder, the project is about to establish a sustainable outdoor bouldering area in the beautiful Black Forest.

Yoga and bouldering have so much things in common. I really feel how the yoga practice influences and improves my bouldering activities.
